If you answered yes to any of the above questions, or have any other concerns about your past, present, and future, you may want to consider Psychotherapy as a way to get some relief from these feelings.

Tasha S. Eastman has always had a great interest in understanding how and why people experience things the way they do. Some people are able to go through life with little stress, some people appear to be making the best of things but are dealing with some emotional distress behind closed doors, others are open about their struggles. In any case, everyone’s experience of life is very individual, as is their way of dealing with it.

Through my studies of Psychotherapy, I have learned ways to make sense of and work through the difficulties associated with the way my clients experience and make sense of different events in life, or of life in general. I have a genuine desire to develop trusting relationships with my clients and help them feel better emotionally, mentally and physically.

If you feel that you are having trouble working through something specific that is causing you distress, or you simply want to talk to a neutral, confidential, professional, take some time to consider the benefits that Psychotherapy could offer you.
